Hitting Stance Phase

Stance Phase
Right Shoulder Girdle:
-Isometric Upward Rotation/Elevation
   -Levator Scapulae, Serratus Anterior, Upper, Middle, and Lower Trapezius, Rhomboids, Serratus Anterior
-Isometric Protraction
    -Serratus Anterior, Pectoralis Minor

Left Shoulder Girdle:
-Isometric Upward Rotation/Elevation
   -Levator Scapulae, Serratus Anterior, Upper, Middle, and Lower Trapezius, Rhomboids, Serratus Anterior
-Isometric Protraction
    -Serratus Anterior, Pectoralis Minor

Right Shoulder Joint:
-Isometric Abduction
    -Supraspinatus, Deltoid, Upper Pectoralis Major
-Isometric Flexion
    -Anterior Deltoid, Upper Pectoralis Major
-Isometric Hor. Adduction
    -Pectoralis Major, Anterior Deltoid, Coracobrachialis

Left Shoulder Joint:
-Isometric Flexion
    -Anterior Deltoid, Upper Pectoralis Major
-Isometric Hor. Adduction

Right Elbow Joint:
